Paul serves on the SACG Team as a Senior Associate focusing on providing specialized consulting services to our clients specifically in healthcare security and workplace violence prevention. . 

 

He has decades’ of experience in healthcare Security, serving as the senior most security leader for two separate health systems, building security and workplace violence prevention programs for healthcare organizations ranging from large urban trauma centers to rural critical access hospitals and health clinics. 

 

Paul is also recognized as an expert in the healthcare security industry having served in many volunteer leadership roles including as the President of the International Association of Healthcare Security & Safety (IAHSS). He has also presented on healthcare security and workplace violence prevention related topics at conferences both in the US and internationally, as well as having published over thirty articles related to healthcare security and violence prevention in industry journals.
